Erica grew up in Orange County, CA. Having been an active kid, she found yoga through hot yoga when she was 16, looking for ways to move during volleyball off-season. She immediately fell in love with the movement and exercise yoga provided her. Through the years, yoga became more than just exercise for Erica; it became a place for healing.
Through yoga, she found answers to challenging questions in her life, as well as peace during the dark and happy times. After receiving a bachelor’s from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a master’s from University of Leeds, Erica worked in the non-profit industry for over three years. Feeling unfulfilled in an office, Erica decided she wanted to help people through yoga, the way it helped her. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in Irvine, left her office job and began teaching as a certified yoga instructor.
Erica recently moved to Oceanside with her boyfriend and 2 pit bulls, Gigi and Cece, and is excited to share what she has learned with others and help them on their journey towards inner peace.
