Starting with a warm up, then going into a workout that focuses on building muscle, burn fat, and getting in that cardio that will give you energy to keep moving. Relax with a cool down at the end of the session. Lydia’s goal is to build a safety, healthy, but fun environment for all ages to workout and focus on their fitness goals.
