DJ AMANDA XO

DJ Amanda XO

“A DJ who loves spreading deep, infectious dance grooves and a feel-good atmosphere.” That’s how Amanda describes herself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, her emotive musical selections are her own therapy. Having grown up listening to an eclectic combination of music including funk (George Clinton, Morris Day), European electronica (Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream), synth-infused 80s music (Depeche Mode, The Cure), Hip Hop (Notorious B.I.G., Snoop Dog), Amanda ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where she picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that she loves best: beautiful synth work, hip hop drum beats, brooding bass lines, and lots of vocal hooks… all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling house beat. Although she loves playing in nightclubs, local bars and special events, her love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tunes. As a producer, pianist, and promoter, she has found plenty of ways to express herself musically. “For me, it’s all about playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date.”

DJ BEATRIX

Beatrix
Beatrix is a La Puente, CA based jungle, dnb, and bass music DJ. She joined the underground artist collective, Concrete Jungle Sessions Los Angeles as a crew member in early 2019. After a year of supporting the collective, she emerged as an artist herself opening at Ragga Sundays at the Resident in Downtown LA in 2020. Her selection ranges from ragga to liquid with some leftfield bass sprinkled on top. A hip hop lover at heart, Beatrix aims to preserve the art of turntablism by showcasing digital and analog styles in her sets. Beatrix has graced the stage with Los Angeles Legends R.A.W., APX-1, Dier Times, DJ Erize, Jahwy, and more. She is also a member of the Siren Project, an all female DJ collective that utilizes their talents to raise money for charitable organizations. She remains active with the Concrete Jungle Sessions LA crew through its flagship events, Ganja Sessions and Renegade Los Angeles.

DJ DOPAMINE

DJ-Dopamine
This high energy, multi-genre DJ has regularly performed at sold out venues and festivals across North America. As a professional main stage mixer, showcasing unheard mashups and remixes, you’ll be sure to be amazing by their talents. Highlights of their career have been working with the likes of DJ SuperGirl Pro, Female::Pressure, Girls on Decks and also happens to be a Winner of the 2016 JLab Audio Sound Session out of California. From Miami to Toronto, she is no stranger to the traveling DJ life.

DJ MATRIARCHY

Lily Khuu is a mixture of playful and professional! The red carpet is her playground. She is a comedic entertainer, influencer, and content creator who is a true ham in front of the camera, but tries to avoid eating it. Cameras are filled with calories. She has had the pleasure of working on an Emmy Award winning team. You can find her all over Hollywood’s red carpets hanging out with everyone’s favorite celebrities. On the BuzzFeed Queer Prom red carpet, Lily asked Adam Lambert of American Idol what his first prom was like and slow danced with Lauren Meister, the Mayor of West Hollywood. At the Dead Ant Hollywood Premiere, Lily performed an air guitar solo for The L Word’s Leisha Hailey. More recently, on the Rainbow Social red carpet, she interviewed Kai Wes of MTV’s “Are You The One?” about living in a house filled entirely with sexually fluid cast members. She isn’t afraid to dive deep into uncomfortable — but important — questions, asking Hannah Hart of The Food Network what it was like growing up with conservative parents, given that she is a public figure in the LGBTQ community. She has produced coverage or content for pop-culture media outlets AfterEllen.com, Rainbow Social, Shiz Daily, and Newscene. When she isn’t hosting, she enjoys performing live from dancing to DJing to stand-up and improv comedy. One of her favorite moments is pretending to be a very drunk Queen of England on stage at Amy Poehler’s Upright Citizen Brigade’s comedy theater.
